Fried eggs in sweet pepper rings

1. Wash and dry sweet pepper with a paper towel. Cut it into rings about 1 cm thick. For the recipe you need 2 rings of peppers.

2. Remove the inner seeds from the rings and cut off the septum.

3. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and place the rings of pepper. Fry them over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

4. Flip the pepper rings on the back.

5. Immediately in the middle of the peppers, release the contents of the eggs. Break the shell carefully so as not to damage the yolk. Season the eggs with salt to taste. 1. In order to cook fried eggs in sausages in the form of hearts, first you need to cut each sausage lengthwise into two identical halves.

2. Once again cut each half of the sausage in half, but without cutting 8 - 10 mm from one edge.
3. To bring the free ends of sausages together over the section connecting them and to fix with a wooden toothpick. As a result, you should get figures from sausages in the shape of hearts.
4. In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the hearts out of the sausages and fry them over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes before browning.
5. Gently turn the hearts on the other side and break one small egg into each center (grades C-1 or C-2). Salt and pepper the eggs and cook for 5 to 10 minutes to the desired degree of roasting. The main thing is that the transparent protein becomes completely white, and the yolk may remain liquid to your taste. If you like well-fried scrambled eggs, hold it additionally under the lid for 5 minutes.

6. To prepare fried eggs in bell pepper, you should choose large meaty pepper of large diameter, cut seeds from it and cut into even rings with a thickness of 5 mm.
7. Put the rings of bell pepper in a pan with preheated vegetable oil and fry them over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Turn the rings on the other side and break one small egg into each of them. Salt, pepper and fry 5-10 minutes until tender.

Serve this original scrambled eggs with heat, preferably with fresh vegetables and herbs. Tasty, satisfying and very delicious scrambled eggs in sausages and bell peppers are ready!
